Bug HQ was created by people who spent years in the pest control industry and got tired of watching good companies struggle with software that wasn't built for their work.
Our story
The Bug HQ team has spent combined decades in the structural pest control industry — as inspectors, technicians, and operators. We lived the daily frustrations: paper WDO forms that took 20 minutes to complete, software that was either too expensive for small operators or too basic to handle real WDO inspection workflows, and office staff drowning in manual billing and report re-sends.
We built Bug HQ to be the platform we always wanted to use. One that actually understands the difference between a Branch 3 inspection and a Branch 2 service route. One that generates FDACS-13645 forms as automatically as it handles recurring billing. One that a solo WDO inspector can afford and a 20-tech operation can rely on.
Bug HQ is founder-led, focused exclusively on the pest control industry, and built on direct feedback from operators in the field. We're not trying to be everything to everyone — we're building the best software for pest control professionals, period.
