Section 8 Findings Logic
The WDIIR Section 8 uses box-based findings: 8A alone means evidence found but no control measures; 8A + 8C together means evidence found AND control performed. 8B checks only when zero findings. Bug HQ enforces this 8A/8B mutual exclusion automatically from your field data and maps insect types and damage locations to 8A and 8D.
Conducive Conditions (15-18)

Arizona Pest Control Licensing (OPM)
