Bug HQ charges monthly after your application is approved. No setup fee, no contracts. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing — cancellation stops future charges immediately.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time, but you will not be charged again.

Do you offer refunds?

Because Bug HQ charges monthly with no contract, you can cancel anytime. We do not issue refunds for partial months, but cancellation stops future charges immediately. For billing errors or duplicate charges, contact support@bug-hq.com within 7 days.

What's included in the bundle?

The bundle includes everything in both the Termite/WDO and General Pest modules, plus priority email support and custom report branding. You save $29/mo compared to buying both separately.
