Multi-Office Operations — On the Roadmap
Bug HQ today supports multi-inspector teams within a single company — each tech with their own license number and branch certifications. Multi-office operations with isolated locations, separate billing, and per-office reporting is on the roadmap.
What Bug HQ supports today
Bug HQ is a single-company platform — one subscription, one customer database, one billing relationship. Within that company, multiple inspectors and technicians can operate simultaneously with full individual credential tracking. This is multi-inspector, not multi-office.
Per-Inspector License Tracking
Each user account in Bug HQ stores that technician's own license number and branch certifications. When a tech files a WDO report or pest service record, their individual credentials auto-populate — no manual entry per job.
Branch 2 / Branch 3 License Switching
Operators holding both a general pest (Branch 2) and termite/WDO (Branch 3) subscription can switch between modes within a single login. The active branch controls which job types, report templates, and workflows are shown — no separate accounts required.
Multi-Tech Scheduling
Schedule jobs across your full team from one dispatcher view. Each technician sees their own assigned jobs in the field app. Dispatchers see the whole board.
Company-Wide Reporting
All jobs, invoices, inspections, and chemical use records roll up into a single company view. Owner-level accounts can see activity across all technicians without separate logins.
On the Roadmap: True Multi-Office
Multi-office operations — where a company runs two or more physically separate locations, each with its own license number, customer data, and billing — requires a fundamentally different data architecture than what Bug HQ has today. The following capabilities are planned but not yet available.
