What Bug HQ supports today
Bug HQ today serves licensed pest control operators (Branch 2) and termite inspectors (Branch 3). Wildlife specialists who also hold a pest control or termite license can use Bug HQ for that side of their work — scheduling general pest jobs, generating WDO inspection reports, managing customer accounts, and processing invoices. Wildlife-specific workflows are not available.
General Pest Control (Branch 2)
Scheduling, work orders, chemical use records, invoicing, and recurring service management for licensed general pest operators.

Wildlife control requires workflows that Bug HQ does not offer today. Bug HQ is built for SPCB Branch 2 (general pest control) and Branch 3 (termite/WDO inspections). If you hold a pest control or termite license alongside a wildlife license, you can use Bug HQ for that side of your work.
